My goal in therapy is to make the patient conscious of those aspects of the way of perceiving reality that don’t let him/her have a completely fulfilling life according to his/her happiness standards, and change them by others more adaptive. In that process it’s essential that the patient feels understood and accompanied through an empathetic and judgement-free listening, as well as showing a sensitive attitude towards his/her needs in each moment of it.
I’ve always known I wanted to dedicate my career to a profession in which I can help other people. Being able of influence their health and wellness is something that makes me feel self-fulfilled and compromised with society. That was the main reason that motivated me to dedicate my time and effort to Psychology.
Our work, as psychologists, is to understand, what kind of “glasses” does each patient use, to see reality through, and change those aspects where needed, that let them live in a fulfilling way. If you’re ready to start, I’m here to walk with you.

What I love of being a psychologist – the psychological therapy is always a path that requires a big emotional commitment, but it’s the only path that allows the patient to experience the biggest fulfillment with himself/herself and with the people around.
Since I became an expat myself when I arrived to The Netherlands 3 years ago, I progressively focused on psychological practice for expat population, implementing evidence-based treatments in an integrating way. I conduct sessions in Spanish (native), English and Italian.
