HOW TO SPOT A SOCIOPATH?

To feel better and live the life you want, you need a space where it feels safe to discuss what troubles you. Good therapists listen without judgment, offering empathy, understanding, and insight. It’s normal to get stuck in self-destructive patterns that you can’t seem to get out of. It’s also normal and not uncommon to feel depressed or anxious in a world riddled with uncertainty, and to feel conflicted about your relationships, family, life, or work.

Our approach to therapy is to work with the client to determine their needs and goals and the best way that we can meet and accomplish these. We treat our clients with respect, and believe that everybody has strengths to draw on. Our belief is that therapy works when there is a safe and trusting environment in which the client feels heard. This allows for the client to work through the underlying issues that are contributing to their current problems. They can then make the positive changes that they are seeking in their lives.
